The quarter-pound brown butter cookie
Butter cooked down until it smells like toffee, chocolate in chunks instead of chips, and a full quarter pound of dough per cookie. They come out thick, a little craggy, and soft in the middle.
Alongside the jumbos there are fudge brownies frosted thick, brownie bites, and boxed assortments for birthdays, thank-yous and get-wells.
